elective A&G / A&G Direction

Philip Roberts:

The elective will take place across nine units delivered in person and will look at the theory behind the marketing messaging as well as the practical steps required to create a trailer for your own game or animation short film.
The units evaluate case studies of released trailers, look at how to create and incorporate footage, the production of shots within a cinematic scene, interviews, and gameplay capture.
The classes will guide you through the organisation of your projects and provide you with an overview of structure and editing. The knowledge that you gain can be transferred to help you create a focused showreel to share with potential employees.
